My Last post was about Prenatal Yoga. This one is about yoga for weight loss. I have been doing a lot of research in preparing for our new classes Prenatal, Weight loss and Yoga for Athletes and the more I learn the more I realize there is to learn. With a 5000 year old history, Yoga is a vast subject with endless outlooks. I wanted to share the above article because I felt it really focused on the overall aspects of Yoga and how it can be applied to everyone. We are all at different points in our road to health. I only started practicing Yoga after breaking 3 vertebra in back. The beautiful thing about Yoga is it can be applied to any lifestyle. One of my favorite Yoga sayings “There is one way but many paths”
